What we do
We organize the consulting work into five practices. They share a bench, share delivery standards, and share the founders' phone numbers. Most engagements draw from two or three at once.
AI and automation work is folded into the practice that owns the system being changed, not sold as a separate dance. Managed services pull from every practice.
Staffing
Half our work is staffing. We place senior engineers W-2 to Cynosure on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire terms. We carry the benefits, the insurance, and the performance accountability. You get a person who shows up on Monday ready to work.

Three or six months of paid evaluation, then convert at a published buyout. The lowest-risk way to hire someone you can't fully assess from a resume.
Direct-hire
Retained or contingent search for senior roles you can't run internally. We charge a flat fee, not a percentage. Replacement guarantee, in writing.

Delivery model

We sit with your sponsors. Review the current state. Produce a written assessment with a recommended phased plan and a rough budget. The deliverable is signed by a named consultant, not the firm.
Fixed-scope where it admits, T&M where it doesn't
Same named consultant continues through delivery. Weekly written status. A direct line to the founder for anything that's escalating. No staffing changes without your approval.
30 days post-go-live
The same delivery team owns production stability for the first month. Knowledge transfer is a deliverable, not a slide.
Ongoing
Continuing operations at a fixed monthly cost. Scales up or down as your in-house team matures. You can leave with the runbook.

Our development center is in Houston. American time zones, native-English communication, the security posture U.S. enterprises have to satisfy. No 11 p.m. handoffs to a team you've never met.
